Carol C. Kirchner

Carol C. Kirchner, age 91, of Cuba City, WI, formerly of Lancaster, passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at Epione Pavilion in Cuba City. She was born November 30, 1926 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Carl and Helga Staal. Carol married Edward Kirchner in August of 1946. Throughout her life, Carol sold Tupperware, and worked at the Hotel and Richgels Insurance in Lancaster. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, crocheting, knitting and macramé. Her family was a constant source of joy, especially her grandkids.

Carol is survived by her children: Alan (Sandra) Kirchner, Nadine (Rod) Millin, and Kathryn Coyle; eleven grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, in 1964; a great-great-granddaughter, Mya Gleason; and seven siblings.

In keeping with Carol’s wishes, a private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, Stitzer, WI. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory of Lancaster is entrusted with her services.
