Evan W. Kelly

Evan W. Kelly, age 21, of Dubuque, formerly of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020, of natural causes. He was born April 1, 1999, the son of William "Willie" and Cindy (Wagner) Kelly. Evan graduated from Lancaster High School in 2017. He was employed at various places, most recently at HODGE Company in Dubuque, IA. Evan attended St. Clement Catholic Church. He enjoyed video games, watching documentaries, and talking politics.
Survivors include his parents, Will and Cindy; a brother, Ryan, who is currently serving in the United States Marine Corp.; a sister, Erin; his maternal grandparents: Eugene "Gene" and Lu Ann Wagner; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; his two cats: Felix and Benny.
Evan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: William and Carol Kelly.
Private family burial will be held at a later date. Family and friends may call on Friday, June 26, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory, 1234 S Madison St., Lancaster.
