Judy R. Grattan

Judy R. Grattan, age 74, of Beetown, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, at Lancaster Health Services in Lancaster. She was born on May 18, 1947, in Iowa, the daughter of Elmer and Daisy (Brewer) Kallenberger. Judy graduated from Muscatine High School. She furthered her education at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College earning a degree in accounting. On February 14, 1976, Judy was united in marriage to David Grattan at the Beetown Methodist Church, Beetown. She worked various jobs before she became a full-time great-grandmother. Judy enjoyed Skip-Bo, family get togethers, playing games with her grandchildren, fishing, and trivia.
Survivors include her loving husband, David; children: Rob (Tanya) Little; Sean (Jenny) Little; Travis (Becki) Grattan; Angela (Danny) Adams; 13 grandchildren: 9 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by a daughter, Candy Runde; and a sister, Diane Carson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Beetown Hall in Beetown. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Martin Schwarz Funeral Home & Crematory, 1234 S. Madison, Lancaster. Private family burial will be in Beetown Cemetery, Beetown, with Pastor Mark Hoehne officiating. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is assisting the family.
