Patricia G. Siemens

Patricia Gloria Siemens, age 65, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. She was born on February 10, 1955, at Mason City Hospital in Mason City, IA. Patricia was the daughter of Jim and Gloria Mathews. Pat graduated from Mason City High School in 1973. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in music with a minor in Special Education from Mankato State in Mankato, MN. She taught vocal music in Algona, IA and continued teaching after moving to Wisconsin in 2001. Pat taught in Verona and Boscobel before retiring due to health issues. This was a hard decision as she cherished her time teaching her students. She enjoyed giving vocal and piano lessons, gardening, and spending time with grandchildren. Pat was united in marriage to Dale Siemens in Lakota, IA, on August 2, 1997, where they resided until their move to Wisconsin.
Survivors include her husband, Dale; her sons: David (Marisa) Vaale, Michael (Jena) Vaale, and Thomas (Jasmine) Vaale; and 10 grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life in Pat's memory will be held at a later date. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is serving the family.
