Peyton F. Riley passed away unexpectedly on September 21, 2023, at the age of 27, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. He was born July 12, 1996, in Lancaster, the son of Frank and Dawn (Fleming) Riley. Peyton attended Winskill Elementary School, but due to his disabilities, he was unable to attend further education. Everyone who has known Peyton knows that he loved his M&Ms and chocolate milk. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching his dad play softball, and going on fishing and camping trips with his parents. He had a love for many, many movies and TV shows and could always be found with a TV remote in hand. Even though Peyton was not dealt the easiest cards in life, his smile was always shining and would light up any room he entered. His infectious laughter and warm hugs were enjoyed by everyone in his life. Peyton was a gift to many, and two people will be receiving the gift of sight from Peyton.
Peyton is survived by his parents: Frank and Dawn Riley; two sisters: Leah (Alex) Chowanec and Hannah (Nick) Seiler; a niece, Brynlee Chowanec; his grandparents: Doug and Sue Fleming and Frank and Dixie Riley; two aunts: Laurie Sedbrook and Shelly (Jason) Hill; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Peyton is preceded in death by his Great Grandparents: Daisy and Joseph Vavricka, and Douglas and Nancy Fleming; Uncle, Randy Sedbrook; and Cousin Clemmie Bollant.
