LANCASTER - Robin Marie (Eastlick)Vance, a devoted mother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2023, in Newark, OH, after a brave battle with MDS/AML.

Born on September 27, 1965, in Cuba City, WI, she was soon adopted by Earl and Shirley Eastlick, a loving family that shaped her into the warm and caring woman she grew to be. She was the cherished sister of Eugene Eastlick,

Paulette (Alan) Horner, Kent (Anna) Eastlick,

Rose (Rich) Lawver, Cindy (Bart) Schmitz, Lloyd Jr. Little, and April Schaller.

On July 30th, 1988, Robin married Charles “Chuck” Vance. Their union blossomed into a beautiful family with their daughter, Kari, son, Grant, and stepson, Ronnie. She was an extraordinary mother who devoted her life to her children, always prioritizing their needs above her own.

In her professional life, Robin served the community with dedication and care for 24 years at Orchard Manor. She was a familiar and friendly face to many, known for her kindness and compassion. Her commitment to service extended beyond her professional life. She volunteered at a local food bank, demonstrating her selfless nature and her desire to help those in need.

Robin was a woman of simple pleasures. She found joy in spending quality time with her family, listening to country music, and watching football games, cheering for the Packers and Badgers. Traveling was another one of Robin's passions, as long as she didn't have to drive! Her granddogs were her special joy, and she loved spoiling them endlessly with treats and cuddles.

Those who knew Robin were inspired by her courage. She faced life's challenges head-on, never backing down, no matter how difficult the situation. She showed us what it meant to be brave. Her love for her family and friends knew no bounds. She was a source of comfort and support, always there when her loved ones needed her.

She was preceded in death by Earl Eastlick, Shirley Eastlick, Step-mother Jean Steffus-Eastlick, her husband, Chuck, sisters-in-law: Cher and Christine, and brother-in-law Gary.

As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate her life, remembering the wonderful woman she was. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched, the lives she changed, and the memories she created.
