Viola H. Winkler

Viola H. Winkler, age 83, of Cedarburg, WI, formerly of Potosi, WI, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020, at Cedarburg Health Services. She was born on January 22, 1936, to Leo and Magdalen (Averkamp) Reuter. They preceded her in death.
She married C.C. Winkler, Jr. on September 4, 1955. He preceded her in death on Aril 30, 2014.
Surviving are her four children: Tim (Ginny) Winkler, Amy (Dr. Terry) Ziegler, Lori Steiner and Mona (Jeff) Wing. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Dottie Johns.
She was a gentle, kind, and compassionate person who treated all she cared for with dignity. Viola loved to work in her flower gardens, sew, and read.
A private service was held on Thursday, January 16, 2020, at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Potosi, with burial at St. Andrew Cemetery, Tennyson.
