Terrence A. "Terry" Schwartz a Licensed WI Funeral Director/Embalmer. He is the current president and partner in Martin Schwartz Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc.

Terry graduated with high distinction from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and graduated in 1977 from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Chicago. His funeral service career began in Platteville, WI, and he and his wife, Carol, purchased the former O'Rourke Funeral Home in Lancaster in 1986, which they owned and operated until merging with Gregory Martin and Martin Funeral Homes in 2006.

Terry received a Certification in Sterile Eye Enucleation technique from the UW Medical School and has served as Past Charter President of Lancaster Optimist Club, Lancaster City Parks Board Chairman for 6 years and member for 9 years, present member of BPOE Elks Lodge #1460 of Platteville, Ducks Unlimited, Grant County Woods and Water, Wings Over WI, and past member of Lancaster Jaycees. He also served as a Board Member of the WI Funeral Directors Association from 1993-1996, sec/treasurer 1996-1997, Vice Pres., 1997-1998, Pres. Elect, 1998-1999, and Pres, from 1999-2000. Following his service with state association, Terry was the Wisconsin Policy Board Representative with the National Funeral Directors Association from 2000-2003. He is also a member of NFDA and ICCFA.

Terry's wife, Carol, is the Administrator of Orchard Manor Nursing Home in rural Lancaster. Their son, Anthony "Tony" Schwartz, is employed as a Network Administrator in Madison, WI. Terry and Carol enjoy playing golf and they are avid Green Bay Packer football and Wisconsin Badger sports fans.

Gregory R. "Marty" Martin is a Licensed WI Funeral Director/Embalmer. He is the current partner in Martin Schwartz Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc.

He graduated from UW-Madison FISC and later from UW-Platteville and was a member of TKE Fraternity. Greg furthered his education at Worsham College of Mortuary Science, Chicago. His funeral service career began in 1986 with Terry Schwartz at O'Rourke-Schwartz Funeral Home in Lancaster. He was raised on a dairy and hog farm at Five Points, rural Lancaster, which is still family operated today. In 1999, the Martin Family Farm co-hosted Wisconsin Farm Progress Days. Prior to joining funeral service, Greg was employed at Hollywood Lincoln Mercury in Hollywood, FL, the former Union Bank and Trust in Lancaster, and during mortuary school, at Cumberland Chapels, Chicago, IL.

Greg has previously served on the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and on the Lancaster Board of Education as a Board Clerk. He is also a member of St. Clement Catholic Church, its Knights of Columbus No.2820, BPOE No. 1460 of Platteville, and lifetime member of Grant County Woods & Water and the Bloomington Area Sportsman Club. He is also a member of NFDA and ICCFA.

His wife, Stacy (Leamy) Martin, is the Human Resource Manager at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. They are the proud parents of a son, Ian, who is a student at Lancaster High School.

Tiffany A. Bielenberg Kramer's funeral service career began in 1997 at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in her hometown of Harlan, IA, when the loss of her aunt prompted her interest in the funeral process. Tiffany is an alumnus of Harlan Community High School and obtained Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2001 from the University of Northern Iowa, graduating Cum Laude and was the founding member of the Pre-Mortuary/Forensic Science Club and was a member of the Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society. She obtained her Associates of  Applied Science in Mortuary Science in 2003 from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Wheeling, IL, where she graduated Valedictorian and received 9 out of 13 awards. During her attendance at Worsham, Tiffany was a member of Pi Sigma Eta National Honor Society. She served her apprenticeship at Pauley Jones Funeral Home and was employed there for ten years before relocating to Lancaster in August of 2006.

Community involvement is important to Tiffany. During her time in Harlan, she was a member of the Harlan Kiwanis. After relocating to Lancaster, she joined the Lancaster Jaycees in 2006 and has held several board positions, including President. Tiffany is also a member and past president of the Grant Regional Health Center Auxiliary, member of the SW WI Sportsman's Club, TWAW Fennimore Chapter, and the Lancaster Parks & Recreation Board. She has held officer positions with the Southwest WI Funeral Directors, including President and Board Representative and is a member of the Iowa Funeral Directors, NE Funeral Directors and WI Funeral Directors Association as well as NFDA and ICCFA.

Another significant aspect of Tiffany's life is to always continue to grow as a funeral service professional. In 2013, she was awarded CFSP designation and in 2014 the Certified Preplanning Consultant designation. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory has an onsite crematory which prompted Tiffany to obtain her Certified Crematory Operator designation. In September of 2017 she earned the Certified Cremation Arranger designation. Tiffany is a licensed funeral director/embalmer in WI, IA, IL, and NE. She has also obtained her Life Insurance license in WI, IA, IL, and is an Agent for Burial Agreements in WI.

Tiffany is the wife to Nathan Kramer, who is employed at Wolf L & G Farms, Lancaster, and proud mother of her son, Thairn, a student at St. Clement Catholic School, and stepchildren, Cassidy and Cayden.

Mariah A. Doll WI Funeral Director Apprentice/ Certified Crematory Operator

Mariah A. Doll has had the goal to become a funeral director since she was 16 years old.  She is an alumnus of Lancaster High School and in the winter of 2019, she obtained her Associates degree in Liberal Arts, Science through Nicolet Technical College/Southwest Technical College. About a year later, Mariah moved to Chicago, IL, where she attended Worsham College of Mortuary Science starting her education in funeral service while working at Peterson-Bassi/Belmont Chapels.  She graduated from Worsham in September 2020.  Mariah returned to her hometown of Lancaster, WI and is now serving as an apprentice for her community.

 

Helping people in need is something that Mariah strives for.  She is a volunteer for Family Promise of Grant County, whose goal is to "help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response."  She has also in the past helped the Homeless Taskforce of Grant County raising awareness, money, and house necessities through her Gold Award project.

 

Family is another aspect that is particularly important to Mariah.  She enjoys spending time at her parent's farm, especially when her Mom, Dad, all 5 of her siblings, in-laws, nieces, and nephews can be together.  Mariah and her high school sweetheart, Tom, have spent almost a decade together and have recently added a dog named Zeppelin to their family.
